The Enterprise 2's bridge features the same flashing tubes behind the captain's chair as the Columbia NX-02 would have in Season 4. It seems highly unlikely that even after so many years, the E2 crew could have modified their bridge exactly how Starfleet would build its next ship, especially given their limited resources and isolation in the Expanse.

   
The two different Enterprises have different coloured phaser beams; one has red ones, the other has blue ones. If, as is said, the two ships have the same weapons systems, their phaser beams should be the same colour.
   
Why didn't Lorian just contact Starfleet the day before the first attack and warn them? Archer is able to make contact through the Expanse, why not Lorian? His ship seems to have working communications equipment.
   
You would think that, after 100 years, the ship would have far superior technology (Archer's NX01 has a transporter while Lorian's apparently doesn't anymore but has a tractor beam), energy shields as well as a weapons compliment far greater than its younger self. The NX01b is said to have the same weapons compliment as the NX01 but Lorian makes reference to a 'vega cannon' just before the ship's destruction / temporal erasure, a weapon the NX01 doesn't have. Also, with the extensive knowledge about the Expanse and other species and technologies, Lorian's first step should have been to download all of his ship's logs for Archer's crew to use, as well as schematics of all new technology (like the device older T'Pol gives her younger self the schematics for). And just to complain, Archer seems to come across plasma injectors every few episodes (like in Damage where he's offered new ones); why is it so difficult for Lorian to find some in more than a century?! He must be very bad with diplomacy.
