After Trip stuns Archer in the hatchery, the scene cuts to T'Pol narrating an "acting Captains log", where she states that the have resumed
a course to Azati Prime, and the shot clearly shows the ship at warp. But after that when Trip goes to see Archer in his quarters, Archer asks Trip about their status
and Trip informs him that they just recovered the rest of the anti-matter from the surface. Archer then tells Trip "its time to get back on the road" and to have
Travis set a course to Azati Prime. This would imply that the ship was stationary and still in orbit, even though T'Pol has already stated that they had resumed
their course and the ship was shown traveling at warp. It would seem that when Archer asked Trip for their status, Trip should have informed him they were on a
course to Azati Prime. |

Phlox refers to Starfleet regulation 104, section C, giving him authority to medically relieve Archer as unfit for duty. McCoy quoted
the exact same regulation in "The Doomsday Machine" in trying to relieve Decker. |

Archer tells Trip that his great-grandfather fought in North Africa during the Eugenics Wars. In Star Trek's continuity,
the Eugenics Wars were fought on Earth in the 1990s and involved Khan Noonien Singh. |

When Malcom, Trip and T'Pol enters into the Hatchery for the first time, the door is automatically
closed and respirable air is injected, which allowed them to take off their helmets.
Later, Archer arrives and opens the same door previously closed, but no decompression happens, and then he take off his helmet.
Out side of the Hatchery there was no air, so decompression should have happened!! |

It's also reasonable to conclude that with all the time traveling that's been done in all the different
Star Treks series & movies, history could have been changed a lil bit and the Eugenics Wars ended up happening later on than they '
originally' did. (Not an unreasonable theory). |
