In the room where Shran is treated by the Aenar there are plates at the wall with text. Why would the Aenar need written text if they are blind?
	Why didn't the kidnapped Aenarian use his telepathic powers to read the Romulans' minds and learn that they were lying to him? Of course, his culture is supposed to have strictures against invading others' minds but he was also raised to be a complete pacifist. You'd think he would want to be sure before he launched a campaign of mayhem against people he doesn't even know. If he is going to break one taboo, why not both?
	The Romulan General is referred to as Admiral in this episode.
	At the end of the episode, Trip asks Archer for a transfer to the Columbia NX-02, the Enterprise's sister ship, which the captain reluctantly grants.
