As Hoshi and Travis are talking about getting home as they work on translating the Xindi Aquatic language, Hoshi's rank insignia is missing from her uniform (although it may have been damaged/knocked off during the attack, as the rest of her uniform was ripped and damaged as well). However later, in her next scene, her rank is back on her uniform.
