Why would T'Pol try wrestling the Triannon crew member at tactical when a nerve pinch would've been much quicker? (And in character)
	During The Original Series it was stated as being highly dangerous and risky to try to beam within the same ship and only by The Next Generation was that made easier. However here, over 100 years before The Original Series and 200 before The Next Generation, Archer and his prototype transporter manage that exact same thing with ease.
	It seems surprising that D'Jamat was able to gain access to the Enterprise computers and erase data so easily- and surely, given the importance of the Enterprise's mission, there should have been backups stored elsewhere?
	D'Jamat tell's Archer that "your species is obsessed with numbers", and yet he's leading a holy war over the difference between 9 and 10 days... Either this was done on purpose to show how far gone D'Jamat is, or this scene was written before they decided what the holy war was going to be about.
