When T'Pol meets with Dr Yuris, she tells him that the mind meld was involuntary, and he urges her to explain that to the other doctors. However, seeing as how their meeting was a secret, it was never an option for him to tell the others. However, during the hearing, Dr Yuris comes forward with the information and claims that T'Pol had made him promise not to share it. Archer also makes a comment to her about Yuris breaking his promise. She got Archer not to reveal it, but she had never discussed with Dr Yuris the possibility of him saying something.
