As frequently stated, Archer only has memories up until the point he was hit by the anomoly. So why does he not ask where Travis is?
Travis of course was killed in the Battle of Earth, but no one ever mentioned it to Archer. He didn't even seem to care about what might have happened to Porthos. |

Regarding the parasites: there were a total of six clusters. Number them arbitrarily from one through six. Phlox chose to destroy a cluster,
call it six. Once that was done, cluster six didn't exist and it never had. So why would Phlox have chosen to destroy a cluster that didn't exist? He would have chosen to
destroy a different cluster, say five. Once that cluster was destroyed, though, it never had existed, so why would... |

The Hypocampus only holds memories for a few minutes (hence short term memory). If this is damaged then Archer should only be able
to remember things for a few minutes, not a few hours. No matter how many dimensions or alien technology you throw in this still defies medical fact. |

When Phlox and T'Pol destroy the parasites in Archer's brain, they realize history has been changed because the previous scans were
different. So why didn't their memories change? |
