Even with the virus transforming other species into Loque'eque, it's highly unlikely they would feel drawn to Urquat as they have had no previous exposure to their culture -- memories aren't passed along in DNA.

   
When Archer and Sato are rescued from the planet, their uniforms are naturally torn and dirty, yet when they are brough to the bridge by Phlox, their uniforms are now clean and untorn. The time frame of this sequence of events didn't allow for them to get treatment and get changed.
   
On the planet, T'Pol tells the ship that they are being mutated into some creatures, but also tells them to have a security team come to the surface. Thats hardly a logical thing to do.
   
About the database: The Xindi database probably doesn't contain information on everything that's ever happened to their species.
   
Why is there no warning beacon or anything around the planet? The aliens quarantining the planet are close enough to tell both the Enterprise and the Xindi landed on the planet - so why do they hang around far enough to spot approaching ships, but not close enough to actually warn or shoot ships before someone goes down to the planet?
