Although unreadable in the episode, the file on 'our' Hoshi that Archer reads states that she and her husband were among the 4,000 executed on Tarsus IV in 2246 by Kodos the Executioner during the planets food shortage. These events were mentioned in the TOS episode "The Conscience of the King", in which Kodos appears.

In the Defiant's briefing room we can see a painting of an old wooden sailing ship next to one of this Defiant, implying that like on 'our' Enterprise NX-01, this Defiant was named after the sailing ship. However, there never was such a ship, only the fictious HMS Defiant from the 1962 movie of the same name.

Although the uniforms, weapons, and tools are similar to those seen in TOS, the Starfleet insignia is not consistent with that of the the Kirk-era Enterprise in the 'real' universe. However, this could be because in the TOS-era, each ship had its own insignia, as is the case with the arm patches seen on Enterprise.

Delusional-Archer is dressed, strangely, in the Real-Archer uniform. This would seem to indicate that Delusional-Archer was meant to represent Real-Archer. Real-Archer, who Mirror-Archer was jealous of due to his successful career, was taunting Mirror-Archer's incompetence.

The historical records of the Defiant held photographic records of the real Archer in his uniform. Therefore, it would not be a goof that Delusional-Archer was dressed in the real universe Starfleet uniform.
