It's surprising T'Pol didn't get sick in the car, with the smell of two humans combined with that of cooked meat so close to her in there.

After Archer captures the Xindi Reptilian on the roof after the fire fight with T'Pol, the Reptilian can be seen to have steam coming from his mouth as he speaks, (as humans do when their warm breath meets the cold air). However reptilians are cold blooded, and therefore will be the same temperature as the surrounding air creating no visible breath in cold environments.

The episode takes place in Detroit, but the shot of the downtown is of Los Angeles.

As far as the changes in "Shockwave Part II" happening quickly to the future, perhaps the magnitude of the change effects how quickly the change ripples out through the timeline. In this case it may be that the possible completion of the virus by the Xindi-Reptilians was tempered by the possibility that Archer and T'Pol would stop them. In fact it's possible that history already recorded that Archer and T'Pol stopped them but Daniels is not telling Archer this because it could change the timeline. The fact that the future Starfleet did not stop the Xindi-Reptilians directly would seem to support this. No matter how much red tape there would be to go through, the future Starfleet has been established as protecters of the "proper" timeline.

In this episode, Daniels tells Archer that it takes a while for his future to be effected by something and that is why he doesn't know anything about the Xindi's weapon. But in the episodes "Shockwave, Part I" and "Shockwave, Part II", Daniels takes Archer into his future and it is immediately changed. Daniels even says that the devastation was not there that morning.
