Suzie Plakson first appeared on TNG's "The Schizoid Man" as Vulcan doctor Lt. Selar, then two times later as K'Ehleyr, Worf's lover and mother of Alexander, Worf's son. She also appeared on Voyager as the Female Q in "The Q and The Grey".
